No. You can browse equipment listings without creating an account. To submit an inquiry, we require basic contact information so our team can follow up.
Sellers are reviewed by our internal team. Verification may include trade licenses and company documentation. Verified sellers are clearly indicated on the platform.
Simply click on a listing and submit a request through the inquiry form. Our team will review your request and coordinate with the seller on your behalf.
We earn a commission on successful transactions facilitated through the platform. Once a buyer and seller agree to proceed, both parties sign a commercial agreement acknowledging Quipfield's role and the applicable commission. The transaction then continues directly between the buyer and seller using traditional payment methods. This model allows flexibility while maintaining transparency and accountability for all parties involved.
No. Quipfield does not own or sell equipment. We facilitate introductions and inquiries between buyers and verified sellers. However, we are introducing new services in the near future.
Quipfield does not process payments directly. Once a buyer and seller agree to move forward, both parties sign a commercial agreement acknowledging Quipfield's role in facilitating the transaction and the applicable commission. Payment between the buyer and seller is then completed using traditional, off-platform methods (such as bank transfer or other mutually agreed arrangements), in line with standard industry practices. Quipfield remains involved to support coordination and ensure transparency throughout the process.
We work with professional equipment suppliers and companies operating in the oil & gas and industrial sectors. All sellers and listings are reviewed before being published. We reserve the right to: approve or reject seller registrations; request additional documentation or clarification; remove or pause listings at any time if information is inaccurate, outdated, or no longer compliant with platform guidelines. Rejected sellers may be invited to reapply once required criteria are met.
No. We do not inspect, test, or guarantee the condition, performance, or suitability of listed equipment. All equipment information is provided by the seller. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own technical, commercial, and legal due diligence before completing any transaction. We facilitate introductions and communication but are not a party to the final sale or agreement between buyer and seller.
